Royal Enfield recorded another month of strong domestic growth in June 2026, with sales crossing the one lakh unit mark. The company sold 1,02,930 motorcycles, registering a year-on-year growth of 33.75% as compared to 76,957 units sold in June 2025. On a month-on-month basis, sales were 9.37% higher than the 94,115 units recorded in May 2026. Growth continued by the company’s 350cc lineup, led by the Classic 350 and Bullet 350.

The Classic 350 remained Royal Enfield’s best-selling motorcycle in June 2026 with sales of 40,660 units, up 39.38% from 29,172 units sold a year ago. Its share in the company’s domestic sales was 39.50%. The Bullet 350 continued its strong momentum with sales of 26,488 units, up 54.97% year-on-year, making it the fastest growing high-volume Royal Enfield motorcycle. The Hunter 350 stood at the third position with 20,289 units, up 24.77%, while the Meteor 350 registered 10,941 units, a healthy improvement of 45.59%.

Among high-end motorcycles, the 650 twins fell 23.83% to 2,238 units, while the Himalayan fell 39.10% to 1,240 units. Guerrilla 450 continued to gain popularity with 944 units sold, up 35.63% year-on-year. The Super Meteor and Shotgun recorded sales of 98 units and 32 units respectively.

Compared to May 2026, the Classic 350 grew by 17.53%, the Bullet 350 grew by 13.33%, while the Meteor 350 registered a strong month-on-month growth of 30.87%. Hunter 350 remained largely flat with a marginal decline of 0.63%. High-end motorcycles saw a sequential decline, with the 650 Twins falling by 37.87%, the Himalayan by 23.79%, the Guerrilla 450 by 43.03%, the Super Meteor by 75.74% and the Shotgun by 60.49%.

The portfolio is dominated by 350cc motorcycles

Royal Enfield’s 350 cc family continued to dominate the sales mix. Models in this range collectively sold 98,378 units in June 2026, registering 40.46% YoY and 13.41% MoM growth. The 350cc range contributed 95.58% to the company’s domestic volumes.

The 650cc lineup recorded 2,368 units, down 43.42% and 42.06% compared to May. The 450cc range, which includes Guerrilla 450 and Himalayan, recorded combined sales of 2,184 units, down 20.06% YoY and 33.50% MoM, accounting for 2.12% of total domestic sales.

For the April-June 2026 period (CY Q2 2026), Royal Enfield reported domestic sales of 3,01,174 units, registering a 31.64% year-on-year growth as compared to 2,28,779 units sold during the same quarter last year.

The Classic 350 led the quarterly sales with 1,13,221 units, a growth of 33.83%, while the Bullet 350 recorded the strongest performance with 74,900 units, registering a growth of 47.27%. Hunter 350 added 62,654 units, an increase of 24.46%, and Meteor 350 added 29,361 units, an increase of 28.46%.

Among the remaining models, the 650 twins recorded a growth of 13.33% with 9,905 units, while the Guerrilla 450 almost doubled its volume, growing by 91.44% to reach 5,075 units. Himalayan declined by 8.24%, while Super Meteor and Shotgun declined by 64.85% and 61.25% respectively.

Segment wise, Royal Enfield’s 350cc motorcycles contributed 2,80,136 units, accounting for 93.01% of total domestic sales during the second quarter and growing 34.26% year-on-year. The 650cc portfolio declined by 8.78% to 11,155 units, while the 450cc range improved by 25.24% to 9,883 units, indicating gradual acceptance of the company’s new platform, while the 350cc lineup remains the backbone of Royal Enfield’s domestic business.
