Some of the upcoming motorcycles from Bajaj will be ADV and off-road motorcycles and may fall into a new sub-brand within the 125cc to 250cc displacement category. Bajaj is also strengthening its Pulsar portfolio with three waves of launches in 2026. Company MD Rajiv Bajaj has told some things about the upcoming vehicles. Here’s a closer look.
8 new Bajaj bikes will be launched in 2026
In a recent interview with CNBC-TV18, Rajeev Bajaj, Managing Director, Bajaj Auto, hinted about some upcoming products in the pipeline. The key figure is that 8 new Bajaj bikes will be launched in India in the next five to six months. Two products will be launched every month over the next two quarters.
Breaking down these numbers, we can see that the company is interested in updating its main Pulsar model. The company is believed to be introducing its main Pulsar upgrade in three phases in 2026. The most anticipated upgrades are to the classic Pulsar lineup which includes the Pulsar 125, Pulsar 160 and Pulsar 220.
Then, we will also see a new sub-brand (like Pulsar, Dominar, Avenger) within the Bajaj identity in the 125cc to 250cc displacement segment. The company is actively evaluating ADV and off-road motorcycles to be launched under this new sub-brand. Both these styles have gained massive popularity in recent times.
These ADV and off-road format motorcycles are set to boost Bajaj’s export prospects and its presence in the international markets. Bajaj currently competes in 108 countries globally in the 250 cc plus displacement category across the Pulsar, Dominar, KTM, Husqvarna and Triumph brands.
New 350cc bikes are coming
To comply with the reforms introduced in the GST 2.0 amendments by the Government of India, Bajaj is set to develop a new 350 cc range of motorcycles to rival offerings from Royal Enfield which is currently enjoying these tax amendments. The 350cc Triumph motorcycles are set to hit Indian roads in April 2026, as confirmed by Mr Bajaj.
