It has been told in a news of BBC Hindi that in cities where there is more pollution, the heat has even more impact.
According to doctors, this season is especially dangerous for asthma, blood pressure and heart patients because during the heat wave, there is less moisture in the air, which increases the polluted particles in the air.
Therefore, if possible, do not go out between 12 noon to 5 pm.
For those who have to go out, it would be better not to wear sleeveless clothes and cover their entire body.
Use a white umbrella instead of a black umbrella because black umbrella absorbs a lot of heat. Covering the head with a white cloth is also effective.
