TVS Motor Company, the global leader in both two-wheelers and three-wheelers and a strong contender in the commercial cargo carrier segment, has introduced the new three-wheeler TVS King Cargo HD CNG in the Indian markets. The launch follows the introduction of the King Cargo HD EV in August 2025. Then the company had also announced CNG variant.
Building on the success of this electric cargo carrier, TVS has now introduced the CNG variant which now comes at a starting price of Rs 2,70,648 (ex-showroom, Delhi), the pack also includes accessories worth Rs. 2,648.
King Cargo HD CNG is being introduced in a phased manner. The initial launch is in 7 Indian cities Delhi NCR, Haryana, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Karnataka and Uttar Pradesh, after which it will be introduced in other cities as well. The three-seat vehicle is designed for both urban and semi-urban last mile cargo operations and is capable of carrying high loads due to its segment best 6.6 feet load deck.
TVS King Cargo HD CNG – First in Segment Features
TVS King Cargo HD CNG, an efficient last mile cargo carrier, is set to take its segment by storm thanks to its segment-first features. It has a load deck of 6.6 feet, making it suitable for high load carrying capacity. It also gets fully rolling windows for better in-cabin comfort and power gear for more efficient cargo handling.
King Cargo HD CNG boasts of a sturdy build and an ergonomic cabin with driver comfort. It has leaf spring suspension and has a ground clearance of 235 mm and a turning radius of 3,420 mm. This allows better performance on uneven terrain, speed breakers and potholes while allowing more efficient U-turns. For a more advanced and practical user experience, King Cargo is being offered with a warranty of 3 years/1.5 lakh km.

This engine, apart from complying with clean and green environmental norms, also has a lower cost of ownership compared to its petrol and diesel counterparts. The 301.1 cc liquid cooled CNG engine produces 9.1 kW of power and 22.4 Nm of torque. This makes it powerful to carry even the heaviest payloads without any compromise on fuel efficiency. The top speed is 63 km/h while its sturdy structure helps maintain cargo stability.
