JoSAA 2026 Counselling: Track the latest admission updates for IITs, NITs, IIITs and GFTIs through the ongoing counseling process.
Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) has released the result of JoSAA Mock Seat Allocation 2026 Round 1 today on the official website josaa.nic.in. Candidates who have completed registration by June 7 and saved their choices will be able to check their provisional seat allotment through their candidate login.
JoSAA mock allotment gives candidates an idea of the colleges and courses they can secure based on their JEE rank and choices filled. Since the allotment is provisional, candidates can use the result to review and modify their preferences before the final option-locking deadline.
Candidates who save or modify their choices by June 9 will also be considered for Mock Seat Allocation Round 2 to be released on June 10. Based on the mock allotment results, aspirants can add or remove institute-course preferences to improve their chances of securing the preferred seat.

Meanwhile, Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) will announce the MET 2026 Round 1 seat allotment result today, June 8. The seat allotment has been prepared keeping in mind the MET rank of the candidates, preferences filled and available seats. Those who will be allotted seats will have to complete the admission confirmation process and pay the required fees before the deadline to retain their seat.
The Joint Admission Committee (JAC) Delhi counseling process for admission to B.Tech and B.Arch programs is currently going on. Eligible candidates can register, pay the counseling fee, and fill their preferred choices for the participating institutes including Delhi Technological University, Netaji Subhash Technological University and Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology Delhi.
