Smartphone company Vivo may soon launch its new X500 series. In this series, models like Vivo X500, Vivo X500 Pro and Vivo X500 Pro Max can be seen.
Recently, many leaks have come out regarding this upcoming lineup, which have given some information about its display and features. According to reports, this series may include a variant with a larger screen of up to 6.83-inch and 2K resolution.
Also, all models are expected to have 144Hz refresh rate and 3D ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor. Let’s take a look at the leaks that have surfaced.
Vivo X500 series display details leaked
According to a new post by a Chinese tipster, different screen sizes can be seen in the Vivo X500 series. Although the names of the models are not clearly mentioned in the post, it is believed that this series will include a smartphone with 6.37-inch LTPO flat screen and 1.5K resolution.
Apart from this, another model is said to have a larger 6.85-inch LTPO flat display and 2K resolution. The third model can be given a 6.59-inch LTPS flat screen and 1.5K resolution.
The tipster says that all its models will have a high refresh rate of 144Hz, due to which scrolling and gaming will be very smooth. Additionally, 3D ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor can also be provided for security.
Pro Max model will come with triple camera setup
According to leaked reports, triple rear camera setup can be given in Vivo X500 Pro Max. It is expected to have Sony’s LYT-838 main sensor, in which LOFIC technology can be used. A 200MP periscope telephoto lens and an upgraded ultra-wide camera can also be available with it.
Strong battery and powerful processor
Vivo X500 Pro Max can be provided with a large battery of 7000mAh, which will provide good backup. With this, it is expected to get MediaTek Dimensity 9600 Pro processor, which will give high performance. At the same time, Dimensity 9600 chipset can be given in Vivo X500 and Dimensity 9600 Pro processor can also be given in X500 Pro.
Launch timeline and competition
According to reports, the Vivo X500 series may include three models — X500, X500 Pro and X500 Pro Max. This series can be launched in China in September 2026. If all these features prove to be true, then this series can give a tough competition to flagship series like Xiaomi 18 in the premium segment.
