Tecno is about to enter the Indian smartphone market once again. This time the company will enter the market with the new smartphone Tecno Pova Curve 2. Before the launch, the company has shared a teaser of this phone. Due to which information about the design of this phone has come to light. This smartphone will be the successor of Tecno Pova Curve 5G, launched last year in May 2025, and it is believed that it will have a more premium design and better features than before.
What is the new update regarding the launch?
Tecno has confirmed by sharing a post on the social media platform that Tecno Pova Curve 2 will be launched in India soon. A translucent render of the phone has been shown in this post, in which the curved edge design of the device can be clearly seen. At present, the company has not shared any information related to launch date or price. This will be known only after the launch.
Premium look will come with curved design
It is clear from the image appearing in the teaser that Tecno Pova Curve 2 will have a curved edge display, which will make this phone premium. Earlier, the teasers of this phone have shown a glimpse of the circular camera cutout on the rear panel. It is being told that this camera setup can come inside a big module. However, no new update regarding the design has been revealed yet.
Important features revealed from the listing
A Google Play Console listing has also surfaced regarding Tecno Pova Curve 2, which has revealed many of its important features. In this listing, the model number of the phone is mentioned as TECNO-LK7k, which is clearly being linked to Tecno Pova Curve 2 5G. It is being said in the listing that MediaTek MT6858 chipset can be given in this phone, which is paired with ARM Mali-G610 GPU.
It is being told in the news that 1+3+4 core configuration can be seen in Tecno Pova Curve 2. The phone may feature one Cortex-A78 core and three Cortex-A78 cores clocked at 2.5GHz, while four Cortex-A55 cores may be clocked at 2.0GHz. This configuration looks a bit different, but the chipset and GPU details indicate that this phone can work on MediaTek Dimensity 7100 processor.
Android 16 and strong RAM support
Talking about software, Tecno Pova Curve 2 will come with the new version Android 16. Due to which this phone will support the latest operating system. Talking about storage, this phone is also expected to have up to 12GB of RAM. Due to having more RAM, many applications can be operated easily in this phone also.

The biggest information regarding Tecno Pova Curve 2 has come out related to its battery. It has been said in the reports that a 7750mAh lithium-ion polymer battery can be found in this phone.
