Dedicated Proprietary Ecosystem

The company has adopted a hub-and-spoke service network with the aim of providing easy access to service and support across the city. Grand Central Service center is located in BTM Layout and handle specific service requirements. Regular maintenance and service requirements will be addressed through multiple spoke centers spread across Bengaluru.

Flying Flea is also leveraging Royal Enfield’s existing network infrastructure through a shop-in-shop format. It allows customers to access Flying Flea sales and service touchpoints through select Royal Enfield showrooms and service centres, ensuring wider reach without the need for a standalone network in the initial phase.

To support customers throughout the ownership experience, every Flying Flea C6 Comes with 24×7 roadside assistance Coverage. The company says this will ensure that assistance is available to riders whenever they need it.
Royal Enfield is following a city-by-city rollout strategy for the Flying Flea brand, with Bengaluru serving as the first market. Additional cities are expected to be added in the coming months as the company expands its electric mobility footprint.
