These sales figures of 4.48 lakh units reflect strong demand in the domestic and export markets and across the two-wheeler and three-wheeler segments.
A healthy market outlook prevailed during February 2026, especially where the two-wheeler segment in the Indian markets was concerned. Following positive results reported by most two-wheeler manufacturers, Bajaj Auto Ltd has also ended the month on a highly optimistic note. Bajaj’s total sales on YoY and MoM basis increased significantly to 4,48,259 units. This was a YoY growth of 27% compared to 3,52,071 units in February 2025, while MoM sales also improved compared to 4,77,422 units in January 2026.

A further analysis of Bajaj Auto’s 2W and commercial vehicle segments for February 2026 shows strong recovery with double-digit growth in both domestic and export markets. 2W domestic sales, boosted by the company’s Pulsar range, grew 27% to 1,86,164 units from 1,46,138 units, while exports grew 26% last month to 1,93,757 units, up from 1,53,280 units in the month of February 2025. Total 2W sales increased 27% to 1,86,164 units. YoY growth from 2,99,418 units to 3,79,921 units. To further boost sales, Bajaj Auto has announced the launch of several new motorcycles this year.
CV sales also improved dramatically. Domestic sales reached 46,417 units, up 25% from 37,277 units in February 2025. Exports also increased by 43% to 21,921 units as against 15,376 units shipped in the same month last year. Total CV sales thus improved by 30% from 52,653 units in February 2025 to 68,338 units in February 2026.
Considering total sales (2Wh+CV), Bajaj Auto has reported a 27% growth in domestic sales from 1,83,415 units to 2,32,581 units. Exports also increased by 28% to 2,15,678 units from 1,68,656 units. Due to this, total sales increased by 27% to 4,48,259 units, while total sales in the same month last year were 3,52,071 units.
Bajaj Auto reports positive YTD sales in FY2026
Bajaj Auto has also ended the April to February 2026 period on a positive note. 2W domestic sales remained steady at 228,019 units in the April-February 2026 period as against 21,24,590 units in the same period last year. Exports witnessed a growth of 17% to 18,08,358 units from 15,41,987 units, taking total 2W sales to 39,36,377 units from 36,66,577 units.
CV sales in the domestic markets rose 7% to 4,73,174 units, while exports grew 52% to 2,62,738 units, up from 1,72,945 units in the same period last year. Total CV sales increased by 20% to 7,35,913 units from 6,14,566 units.
Domestic demand grew 1% to 26,01,194 units in total (2W+CV) sales, while exports grew 21% to 20,71,096 units, taking total sales to 46,72,290 units, up 9% from 42,81,143 units sold during the April to February 2025 period.
