Royal Enfield took a huge leap in terms of technology and equipment with its Sherpa 450 platform. Although the Himalayan 450 was the first to debut on this platform, the Guerrilla 450 should have taken the sales lead, but that did not happen as the costlier Himalayan 450 continued to bring in more volumes.
The Guerrilla 450 has three variants – Analog, Dash and Flash. Depending on the variant, Royal Enfield offers a choice of seven colours. Fast forward to February 2026, Royal Enfield has discontinued the Yellow Ribbon and de-listed it from its official website, making the overall color palette smaller. let’s take a closer look.

2026 RE Guerrilla 450 Colors
Although the company has not given any reason behind the move, the Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 now has only six colors, as one of them was discontinued recently. Royal Enfield may discontinue two more colors after the remaining stock is sold. This could be a move to ease the purchasing process for buyers by eliminating colors that were in less demand than others.
Yellow Ribbon is the one that has been discontinued, while Playa Black and Gold Dip are still listed and may soon be de-listed. This could be due to the existing stock with the dealers and once the stock runs out, RE may de-list the other two colors from the Guerrilla 450 palette.

If this happens, the Guerrilla 450’s palette will be reduced to four colors. The Smoke Silver with analogue variant is priced at Rs 2.56 lakh (ex-sh), the Shadow Ash with Pex Bronze and Dash variant is priced at Rs 2.67 lakh (ex-sh) and the Brava Blue with Flash variant is priced at Rs 2.72 lakh (ex-sh).
Any other changes?
Apart from discontinuing its three colours, the Guerrilla 450 remains the same as before in terms of its mechanicals, features and equipment. It is still powered by the single cylinder Sherpa 450 engine, displacing 452cc with liquid-cooling and DOHC 4V/cylinder head. It produces around 40 bhp and 40 Nm, mated to a 6-speed gearbox.

As far as equipment is concerned, the Guerrilla 450 does not have USD front forks, despite the roadster positioning, which the Himalayan 450 ADV gets. The wheels are alloy units, measuring 17-inch at both ends and also get disc brakes at both ends. Notably, the Guerrilla 450 has a 160-section rear tyre, which none of its rivals offer.
