Toppers, ICAI told how to pass CA exam

Former ICAI Chairman, Ranjit Aggarwal said that India will need more than 30 lakh chartered accountants by 2047 – the centenary of India’s independence. At present, ICAI has approximately four lakh members and eight and a half lakh active students. To meet the target of 30 lakh, the institute needs to produce more than 1,30,000 CAs every year.

There is a general perception that Chartered Accountancy course is one of the most difficult courses to pursue. The emotional and mental stress of studying long hours every day for months is intense. While CA students feel that it is somewhat difficult, experts say that it can be completed without any difficulty if proper strategy is followed from beginning to end in terms of preparation.
