The office of Samajwadi Party was inaugurated in Harinagar Colony of Bilaspur on Sunday evening and it was described as a link to Mission 2027. In the meeting organized, SP leaders fiercely targeted the BJP government. The special thing was that while loudly mentioning the ‘injustice’ being done to Mohammad Azam Khan, it was said to raise one’s voice and strength.
Late in the evening, District President Ajay Sagar inaugurated the local office of SP by cutting the ribbon. After this, sweets were distributed and it was hoped that this office would become a center of unity and strength of SP workers.
Earlier, a big meeting was organized under the aegis of the party, in which former SP Lok Sabha candidate Asim Raja was the chief guest. In his address, he stressed on the strength of PDA and said that the mission has to be accomplished unitedly in 2027. It is certain that SP will form government in the state after the upcoming assembly elections.
Party’s Assembly Speaker and program coordinator Pramod Gangwar termed the BJP government as a failure on every front and said that the public has come to know the reality. Now the time has come for Samajwadi Party. Other speakers also targeted the BJP government by making various allegations. In particular, every speaker in the meeting mentioned the ‘oppression’ and ‘injustice’ being meted out to the jailed senior party leader Mohammad Azam Khan. Said that ‘decisions’ are being taken against Azam Khan in the BJP government, but ‘justice’ is not being done.
Slogans like ‘Jai-Jai Akhilesh’ and ‘Azam Khan Zindabad’ kept echoing during the meeting.
The meeting was conducted by Shiv Kumar Gupta Advocate. On this occasion, District Vice President Arif Aroma, former Assembly candidate Amarjeet Singh Dhillon, former MLA Vijay Singh, former Municipal President Mohammad Hasan Khan, Satnam Singh Mattu, Hadi Raza Khan, Omendra Singh Chauhan, Minister Malwai, Gurjit Kotia, Hardev Singh, Fatma Jabi, Asim Khan, Harpal Singh, Gurdarshan Singh, Parjeet Singh, Shamsher Singh, Akhilesh Gangwar, Hargyan Singh, Zaid. Hundreds of officials and workers including Hasan Khan, Mohsin Khan, Aman Khan Advocate, Nripjit Singh, Lakhveer Singh Lakha were present.
