It appears that Bajaj Auto is preparing a significant update for its entry-level Pulsar lineup. Fresh spy shots have revealed a heavily camouflaged test mule of the upcoming Pulsar N125, which showcases substantial styling changes that could make it one of the biggest visual updates for the motorcycle in recent years.
The test bike was spotted during road testing, indicating that the development is in its advanced stages. While the camouflage covers most of the bodywork, several key design elements are clearly visible, revealing a motorcycle that looks bigger, faster and more premium than the current model on sale.

Sharp styling with big bike presence
One of the biggest changes can be seen up front. The 2027 Bajaj Pulsar N125 appears to have a completely redesigned front fascia with larger headlamp cowls and revised body panels. Although the lighting system remains hidden beneath camouflage, the overall shape looks noticeably more muscular.
The fuel tank area also appears to be much larger than before. The new tank extensions and shrouds give the motorcycle a more aggressive stance, helping to bridge the gap between commuter motorcycles and the larger sporty offerings in Bajaj’s portfolio.

New exhaust and revised ergonomics
From the side profile, the motorcycle appears longer and more massive than the current Pulsar N125. The rear section has also been redesigned with new body panels and a sharp tail design. Another notable change is the introduction of a new side-slung exhaust with a prominent silver heat shield.

It has a split-seat arrangement. New grab rails can also be seen at the rear, while the handlebar setup favors a more upright riding posture for the everyday commute. The overall ride triangle looks comfortable, which shows that Bajaj is prioritizing comfort without compromising on the sporty Pulsar character.
practical updates visible
The test mule continues with conventional telescopic front forks and a rear monoshock suspension setup. Alloy wheels are seen at both ends, while braking duties are handled by a front disc brake and rear drum brake. One practical addition visible in the spy shots is the fully enclosed chain cover.

Engine details not yet confirmed
The new Pulsar N125 is expected to continue with the existing 125cc single-cylinder engine, which is likely to receive improvements for better efficiency, emission compliance and rideability. this can also happen Introduced with flex fuel option. Feature updates may include Bluetooth connectivity, call alerts and a revised digital instrument cluster with navigation function, which will bring it in line with rivals in the segment.
Part of Bajaj’s 2026 portfolio expansion
The 2027 Pulsar N125 is likely to be part of Bajaj Auto’s wider two-wheeler expansion planned for 2026. The company has already outlined plans to introduce multiple motorcycles in the 125cc to 250cc segment, including a new motorcycle sub-brand and several new products.
Recently, an all-new Bajaj Adventure motorcycle was also spotted testing, which shows that the company is actively working on increasing its presence in multiple segments. With the updated Pulsar 125 now joining the growing list of upcoming models, Bajaj is gearing up for an aggressive product rollout in the coming months.
