Pulsar 150 has been the motorcycle that revolutionized India’s premium commuter segment. While the basic design and silhouette has remained almost the same for almost two decades, the classic Pulsar range got a major update in December 2025. Now, the updated Classic Pulsar 150 also gets a new color. let’s take a closer look.
2026 bajaj pulsar 150 new color
There were four colors to choose from for the 2026 Bajaj Classic Pulsar 150 – Bottle Green with Copper Beige, Ebony Black Dark Grey, Ebony Black Ink Blue and Ebony Black Cherry Red. Now, there is a fifth color in the palette of Classic Pulsar 150. It is called Black Gold and is shared with the Classic Pulsar 125 and Classic Pulsar 180.
It should be noted that the new Black Gold color is offered with all three variants of the Classic Pulsar 150, just like the other four colours. These variants are called 150 SD, 150 SD UG and 150 TD UG. As far as pricing is concerned, the 2026 Bajaj Classic Pulsar 150 range starts at Rs 1.17 lakh (ex-sh).
We wish the Classic Pulsar 150 also got the new white color which is currently offered only with the recently launched (or should we say, re-launched) Classic Pulsar 180. Along with the Black Gold shade recently introduced with the Classic Pulsar 150, it gets a black base color with contrasting gold accents.
We can mainly see these gold accents on the fuel tank and engine cowl, along with hints of gold on the wheels, headlight cowl and rear body panel. There is also a light gray shade that complements the gold, which can be seen on the fuel tank and engine cowl.
Any other changes?
Apart from the new colour, the Bajaj Classic Pulsar 150 remains similar to the updated one introduced in December 2025. With the latest update, the classic Pulsar range (except Pulsar for 220F) now gets a new LED headlight setup with premium LED turn indicators for the first time.
The bike includes components like 17-inch alloy wheels, RSU telescopic front forks, clip-on handlebar, twin-shock rear suspension and others. The split rear grab rail, split seats and rear disc brake are only offered with the top-spec 150 TD UG variant or usually with the ‘dual disc’ variant. The instrument cluster is a fully digital unit as before.
The engine is also the same as before, which is not a bad thing. This 149.5cc single cylinder air-cooled unit produces around 13.8 bhp of maximum power and 13.25 Nm of peak torque, mated to a 5-speed gearbox.
