Harikant Sharma/Agra: A six-legged puppy has been born in Girsauti village of Agra. For the first time the villagers have seen such a unique puppy which has 6 legs. A large number of people are coming to see this. According to veterinary doctors, this is a very rare case in dogs. Having six legs in dogs happens to one in a million.
A three-year-old female dog of German Shepherd breed has given birth to this child at the house of Amardeep, living in Girsauti. The dog gave birth to 12 puppies. Among them, this one with 6 legs is very strange. Out of these 12 puppies, one puppy has six legs. Amardeep told that all the puppies are healthy. As soon as the news of the six-legged puppies spread in the village, a crowd of people gathered.
Six legged puppy is one in a million
Veterinary doctor Dr. Sanjeev Nehru says that this is not a common thing. This case occurs one in 50 thousand to one lakh dogs. It is common for dogs to have too many claws. Dogs usually have 18 toes, but Rottweilers, Saint Bernards, Beagles and German Shepherds have 20 to 24 toes. Many dogs also have different eye colors. But I have never come across a six-legged puppy. This is called anomalies.
Cow has five or six legs
Dr. Yatendra Gautam says that a cow has five or six legs. Usually people go out to beg with such a cow. This is called charisma, whereas it is a disorder. But this is seen very rarely in dogs. In a way, it can be called charisma. Although the condition of the puppy is a bit critical.
