Chaturong Suksuk, a 29-year-old former soldier and Paralympic athlete, was married to his 44-year-old girlfriend. They were married in the morning and the reception was going on in the evening. Meanwhile the groom left the party and returned with a gun. After coming back, he started firing bullets rapidly, in which the bride herself, her 62 year old mother and 38 year old sister died. Some guests were also injured in the firing.
