Perhaps many of us may have heard its name for the first time, but it is a vegetable made in Rajasthan, which is sold more expensive than other vegetables. Once you see it, you may mistake it for Chow Mein but it is not that.

Turmeric, salt and spices are mixed in this vegetable which looks like thin noodles. After this, oil is heated in the pan and these are put in it. It is being told in the video that Ker Sangri is the most expensive vegetable of India and it is very tasty to eat.

This video is shared on Instagram with an account named jaipurfoodieandtravel. The video has received thousands of likes so far and millions of people have seen it. There is no dearth of people commenting on this. Commenting on the video, a user wrote – This is a royal vegetable and is prepared in our place very often. One user said that it is available for Rs 1000 per kg, while other users admitted that they do not even know about this vegetable.
