Nora Fatehi Sues Jacqueline Fernandez For Defamation; What Exactly Is The Case?

According to reports, Nora has filed a Rs 200 crore defamation lawsuit against Jacqueline. She has filed a lawsuit with Jacqueline against 15 media outlets. She claims that insults have been directed at her. Fatehi claims that her name was compelled to be used in a Rs 200 crore money laundering case involving gangster Sukesh Chandrasekhar. In a petition filed through her attorney, Nora Fatehi stated, “Jacqueline hatched this plot to ensure her financial, social, and personal ruin.” The actress claims she had never had direct contact with Sukesh. She was acquainted with Sukesh through his wife, Lena Maria Paul. Nora had refused to accept Sukesh Chandrasekhar’s gift.
In the lawsuit, she claims that her reputation has been damaged by the Sukesh Chandrasekhar fraud case. Nora and Jacqueline were both interrogated regarding the Sukesh case. Moreover, Nora denied that Sukesh had gifted a car worth 65 lakhs to a close relative of hers.
