New Delhi:
Chanakya Exit Poll Predictions For Elections 2026 Highlights: Public opinion polling company Today’s Chanakya today released its analysis for key assembly elections in West Bengal, Tamil Nadu, Assam and Kerala.
The TMC+ is expected to be relegated to 100 ± 11 seats with a 38% vote share, marking a major setback for the incumbent government. All other players combined are projected to be virtually wiped out, managing just 2 ± 2 seats.
The DMK-led alliance appears set to retain power in Tamil Nadu, but the headline is the dramatic entry of actor Vijay’s TVK.
In Kerala, the “alternating power” tradition seems poised for a comeback. Today’s Chanakya predicts a close fight but gives the UDF (Congress-led) the edge with 69 ± 9 seats, potentially unseating the LDF.
In Assam, the BJP is projected to maintain its iron grip. The pollster predicts a “massive majority” for the NDA with 102 ± 9 seats and a staggering 50% vote share, indicating a total consolidation of the electorate behind the incumbent government.
Health Warning: Exit Polls are not always accurate.
